Terms of Use

These terms apply to dijen.tech — the company website, the free games under /games and the articles under /ideas — run by DIJEN TECH (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("DIJEN TECH", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Our products (Asaan School, Asaan Hisab, Asaan Image Editor and TumbleTuck) have their own terms on their own websites and apps.

1. Using the games

• The games are free and meant for fun between friends, family and partners. You do not need an account.
• Results — scores, verdicts, love meters, rankings and matches — are light-hearted. Please do not treat them as a real judgement of anyone or any relationship.
• Anyone who has a game's link can open it. Share links only with people you want to play with, and keep your private maker links to yourself.

2. What you may not do

When you write questions, cards, messages, names or replies, do not use the site to:

• bully, harass, threaten or embarrass anyone, or target someone who is not playing;
• post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content, or content about children that is not appropriate;
• dare anyone to do something dangerous, harmful or illegal;
• share someone else's private information, such as phone numbers, addresses or photos, without their permission;
• pretend to be someone else in a way that misleads or harms them;
• send spam, try to guess other people's secrets or private links, or interfere with the site's security or working.

We may remove content and games that break these rules, and block access, without notice.

3. Content you create

You are responsible for what you type. You keep any rights you have in it, and you allow us to store and show it as needed to run the game you made or played. You can delete a game you made from its private page; see the privacy policy for how to ask us to remove anything else.

4. Our content

The site's design, characters, illustrations, articles and code belong to DIJEN TECH. You are welcome to copy the ready-made wishes, messages and questions from our articles for your own personal messages, cards and games. Please do not republish our articles or artwork as your own.

5. Advertising and other websites

The site may show advertisements and links to other websites, including our own products. We are not responsible for the content or policies of websites we do not run.

6. No warranty

We work to keep the site available and the games working, but we provide them "as is", without guarantees that they will always be available, error-free or that saved games will be kept forever. We may change or remove games and features.

7. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, DIJEN TECH is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the free games and articles, or from content written by other users.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
