questions & answers
How does Rank It work?
You write a question and a list of options and get a link. Each friend who opens it taps the options in order, favourite first. Every ranking is added to a leaderboard that shows which option is liked most.
How is the winner worked out?
Each ranking gives points: first place gets the most, last place gets none. The leaderboard adds everyone's points together, so an option many people put near the top beats one only a few people loved.
What can I rank?
Anything: products you are thinking of buying or selling, foods, places, names for a shop, movies — 3 to 10 options. You can start from a ready-made list and change it.
Who can see the results?
Everyone who has voted sees the leaderboard. You also see who voted and each person's favourite on your private page.
Can someone vote twice?
Each browser gets one vote per list.
Is it free? Do I need an app or an account?
It is completely free. There is nothing to install and no sign-up — it works in the browser on any phone.
